104 Rothschild Blvd

The mysterious Stern Krinkin house at 104 Rothschild Blvd. was resold multiple times before restorations began, with its rounded balconies and green walls being key features.
The original documentation of the building was incomplete with many of the details messing, making this restoration project particularly challenging. Estimations place the original construction of the house in the 1920’s, with the original architect remaining unknown.
In recent years the house has been going through restoration. Noga Nagarut has restored the unique original guillotine windows (could not find reference for the correct term) with thermal and acoustic insulation, wing shutters and a wooden front door with a bronze-cast doorknob.
