6 Balfour St

The building at 6 Balfour St. is a newly restored 1920’s building, a remnant of authentic Tel Aviv architecture that now has 14 apartments – combining restoration work with modern day luxuries.
The architects preserved the original motifs of the building, like the rounded balconies, wall paintings and original flooring, with the help of the finest restoration experts.
Noga Nagarut created the wooden windows and shutters to fit with the unique, luxurious style of the building.
The building also features a hidden elevator going down to the parking lot behind the entrance, with the door itself opening in perfect synch with the elevator doors.
