126-128 Rothschild Project

Rothschild Street became a Bauhaus museum of sorts for enthusiasts in recent years. Many of the buildings along the street are preservation sites; with architect Joseph Berlin working in the 1940’s to design simple and functional residential buildings.
Noga Nagarut gave this restoration an extra touch with a restoration of the windows according to the architects’ requirements – Maximal insulation, wing shutters, roll-up shutters made of Meranti wood – All created to be authentic replicas of the originals, with doors that have a peripheral locking system.
The restoration was done in accordance with the buildings’ documentation file with the addition of perfect insulation, weather-resistant wood and our exclusive painting method developed to prevent damage from pollution and moisture.
