123 Nahalat Binyamin

 

At the intersection of the streets Nachalat Binyamin – Wolfson, in the best location in the Florentine neighborhood is Nachalat Binyamin 123, Tel Aviv – Beit Eliyahu and Yedida Sidis, built in 1932 in an eclectic style designed by the architect Alexander Penn, and included a floor of shops and a penthouse.

About 3 years later, the 2 residential floors were built in an international style, designed by the architect Eng. Aryeh Cohen.  The building is intended for textural preservation as part of the preservation policy of the Florentine neighborhood.

Noga Nagarut recovers the windows in the historic building in a unique way between the peak of technological progress and the preservation of the The character of the original building.
